We are now starting to take custom orders for all 3 hoodies. We have a basic, a premium and a pull over. The basic and premium are 100% 15oz. french terry cotton with raw edges, and have "kiss" zipper cover. This means the fabric meets over the zipper which allows easy printing etc. The basic has no lining and has solid 2x1 rib for cuffs and bottom. The premium has raw edges, but has split double 2x1 rib around cuffs and bottom. It also has baby waffle thermal lining, which is what the real expensive retail hoodies have.
The pull over is same material.
The custom orders will start at 50 units minimum per color. So if you want 1 color you must order 50 units, 2 colors or more 50 units per color. Can also add grinding and any of our treatments, tea stain, lava wash etc.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for production of custom colors. These are expensive and hard to make, these will not be mass produced, so get your orders in now.

Butterfly shirts
So we are in the final stages of the move to LA. We should be opening back up to limited shipping next week.
We also have an MMA show in LA next weekend. Anyone that uses our blanks can send us their printed shirts and we will display them so you have free advertising. If anyone is interested, let me know. You will need to ship out some shirts asap.
Also I have some really nice butterflyed shirts. These are open on the sides so they can be printed with jumbo or all over prints, they can get on the sleeves etc. Other than doing it in panels, or using belt press printing, this is the main way the big companies do it to save money.
I have 2300 from M-3xl. All mens and all are still PFD, can be dyed any color.
You can buy them without dye, or I can dye them any color you want. I can also print them for you, or you have them printed anywhere. Then you can get them back to me for final sewing.
I will give someone a good deal if they will buy all 2300, or at least most of these. I had a customer who's customer went bankrupt before I sent them or got paid.
So if someone could help me out??

Moving
As of today, Friday July, 24th, our offices are closed. We are finally making the move to Los Angeles. This will help us keep more in stock and produce orders faster. I also wont have to drive 350 miles each way to work any more!! For the last year I have drove from Phx to LA every week, monday to fri to make sure everything was running smooth and to bring back stock.
It was too much, living in hotels and only spending 1 day a week with my wife. So, I am sorry to anyone that will need to order before we finish our move, but this was something that we needed as a business and also for our personal life. When we get moved and the new offices open we will start shipping again.

New stock update and a new whos wearing bare apparel.
Our friends at XII WEAR ( REVELATION ) that we just told you about in regards to Orlando Magic super star Dwight Howard. Well, they have done it again and have Fl Gator QB super star and Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow wearing their shirt.
We have finally got a few photos of the glitter and lightning on the site for mens shirts. The stock is not updated there yet, but keep an eye out for that coming real soon. They will probably sell out as soon as the inventory is entered, but we will get more..
We are also getting ready for some MMA shows.
We have the big IMMAE show in LA in August. We should have a big 20x20 there.
Also we should be at the MMA fashion show going on in Vegas during UFC 100.

Who Wears Bare Apparel
One of our customers Steve from XII (12) Wear sent us this link. Its Dwight Howard from the Orlando Magic wearing one of our shirts during a commercial for Vitamin Water during the Championship series!! Very cool.
Steve has one of the hottest new brands out there. Its what some would call a Christian Affliction. Steve has several high profile sports guys wearing his shirts and has a big following. YOu should watch out for his stuff in the big stores soon!

New Inventory and some clearance stuff
Hey guys.. Ive been working in the office by myself this week as everyone is off for the weekend and Haley had to go up to CT. So I'm not in LA this week as i usually am. Big difference working in the office again, taking orders and answering phones. Its been hard getting stuff done in LA since I'm here in the office as well. But my production manager out in LA takes care of stuff when I'm not there..
We do have the long awaited Glitter Shirts, Lightning shirts and also the first of the new series we have named the Colored Lava Collection. The first color is a black shirt with red Lava. Its amazing, probably one of the nicest shirts we have, I cant wait to see other colors. All 3 of these are again a first in the Blank world. All 3 can be printed in any way including discharge!!
Anyway, we have some here now, just have to get some good photos for the website. We got a new Canon 40D and will be doing a photo shoot soon, I hope. Speaking of, if anyone has any professional canon lenses, especially any "L" lenses, please let us know, we are looking to buy or trade for some nice lenses.
Back to the shirts. A good customer got a sneak peak at these new shirts and bought half the stock on the spot.. We do still have some as of now and will have more soon.
A lot of companies are slow right now, but because of our great customers, we are as busy as ever. We pride ourselves on making the best shirts, money is no object when making sure these are the best we can make. As well as supporting our country and economy and making all our shirts here in the USA, employing American workers. We want our customers to stand out, stand apart from the other brands out there. Those brands that are using Alstyle and American Apparel, even Alternative apparel, these are all companies our customers have been switching from to us. They are selling more shirts and for a higher price than before. A few examples: One customer was selling his shirts (our blank with his printing) and was also selling other name brand shirts, namely TapOut, one of his customers wasn't sure which shirt to buy so he let the customer hold both shirts, he showed them to the girlfriend and mother and decided to buy the vendors brand and not the TapOut shirt. His customer told him there was no comparison in quality and feel. That same customer later came back (the next day) and brought more people with him to buy more of the shirts, saying "These feel like my old comfy shirt I have had for 10 years".
Another one of our customers had some customers in their store when they got their first shipment from us. They opened it and one of the customers noticed them holding up one of the Black Lava shirts. He came over to check it out and ended up offering to buy the whole box without any printing, saying he loves shirts with no brand or big name or logo printed on them and these were the nicest shirts he had ever seen. To this day our customer still sells the blank shirts retail without printing on them and for $24.99.
Those are a few examples of the advantageous relationship we have with our customers. We provide them with a unique high quality shirt and they sell them, they make money and come back to me to buy more. It seems simple doesn't it?? But a lot of the big over produced blank brands want to put out the cheapest shirt possible and they have so many people who want a 1.00 or 2.00 shirt that they don't care to have this kind of relationship with their customers. We are a family owned and run small business and we are able to give that personal attention and service our customers deserve.
I will be working on getting the site updated with the new styles, photos and info.
Also we are working on some international distribution. We want to offer our customers in other countries a way to purchase shirts easily. We sell all over the world, but it isn't always easy for these customers to purchase small quantities.
Our first will be Canada. We do a lot of business there. We are working with a former customer to start keeping stock up there for easy purchase.

This website was ok to start, but we have outgrown it. We need a custom look and feel. Also there are some problems with this site I would like to fix. These fixes would make it easier for you guys to order. Mostly not having to go back to put different colors and sizes of the same style in you cart. That takes a long time and this will be fixed. Also being able to see what is in stock and if its out of stock when there might be more in.. So keep a look out for that.
Last but not least, we have some shirts to put on clearance. These are shirts that we made for s customer who after placing the order fell on hard times. So I want to sell these shirts at a reduced rate so I can give this guy back his money. These were custom made to be a little shorter than our regular shirts. About 1", but same width. The price is very good and you cant get a high quality garment dyed 30 single shirt anywhere for this kind of price. Its below my cost! Also below, you can buy a group of mens XS (extra small) shirts. We get asked for these sometimes, we made a few that aren't dyed yet. Email me if interested.

New Shirts
So we are sorting out some of the new shirts we just got in.. Beau brought back some mens and womens black shirts with gold glitter. These will be the next big thing. Ed Hardy is supposed to be using this treatment in the next few seasons. But we have it first.. The glitter doesnt show a lot till you go out in the sun!! Its amazing and doesnt wash out.
Also, we have a new type of Lava Wash. We call this our colored Lava collection and will be adding more colors to the collection soon. The first one is a red and black Lava wash. Almost looks like an acid wash but much cooler. The Lava is by far our best selling shirt, people love them and even buy them to wear and or sell without any printing!! The red and black Lava is currently only for men, but can be done for womens for custom orders!
The next shirt is the Lightning. This shirt is black and white and looks like white lightening bolts through out the shirt. This shirt has gotten a lot of positive reaction at the trade shows we have showed it at!! We have these in mens currently, we could always do them on womens shirts for special order.
We also are working on several new styles that will help our customers keep offering the newest, hottest styles and help them keep up with what the big brands are doing. And like the Glitter, can even beat the big brands to the shopping floor!
Some of the older styles that have been out of stock lately, we got in a few pieces of black tea stain, green tea stain, green lava this week and hope to have some more stock to add later this week or next week.
We have had some problems keeping stock in due to our great customers. You guys have been buying a lot and every month this year we have broke sales records! We are trying hard to keep things in stock for you guys and promise to do the best we can.
We have been doing a lot of custom production for both big and small customers. We start custom production at 200 units per color which helps the smaller companies that cant afford to keep a lot of stock. This is also what a lot of our customers are doing since we dont have a lot in stock right now. They buy a few hundred and stock up a little on their side.
The bigger customers are ordering 1000 up to 100,000 units and we have had a lot of big PO's over the last few months that have been keeping us really busy. Producing shirts for WWE has been cool!! Lots of MMA stuff also..
We are still working at producing high quality hoodies and thermals for you guys. The problem has been pricing. We want to be able to give you guys the best pricing we can and producing these things in the USA can be expensive. So we are working on making these affordable for you all. I hope we have these soon, we have a waiting list on these several pages long!! The hoodies are full zip and made from high quality 100% cotton french terry (15 oz) and also we have a premium that will have a thermal lining like the high end custom retail brands. The thermal we are wanting to do is whats called a military thermal, its a high grade material and has a different pattern to the material. Its not the standard waffle stuff, that most places use.. We are also using a lot of flat lock 5 and 6 needle stitching which will set yours products apart in look and quality.
Anyway, keep your eyes out for these new items to hit our webpage!! The Glitter is one of the nicest shirts Ive ever seen, even the mens are awesome!!
